How every engagement runs.
The standard
The same discipline on every system, whatever its size. It is what makes a fixed price and an agreed date possible.
-
Scope, in writing, first.
What will be built and how it will be judged are agreed before work begins. The acceptance criteria are the contract, and they are written so that both sides can test them.
-
Built in isolation, proven against the criteria.
Work happens in its own environment and is tested against the agreed criteria as it goes, never against a demo. What is shown is what will run.
-
Delivered with evidence.
Every delivery arrives with a hand-off note on what changed and why, the test evidence that each criterion was met, and a note on licences and provenance. Nothing has to be taken on trust.
-
Accountable after hand-over.
Ardholt stands behind what it delivers. What is within the agreed scope is made right, and the practice remains reachable.
What arrives.

- A README
- A hand-off note
